Privacy Policy
This is a calls-only business. There is no contact form on this site, no email address, no newsletter and no account to create — which makes this a short document.

1. The short version
We take rental bookings over the telephone. The information we end up holding is the information you say out loud on that call, plus whatever the site's hosting and analytics record about a browser visit. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to marketing companies.
2. What reaches us when you call
To quote and deliver a rental we need a name, a callback number, the address the units are going to, the dates, and enough about the site to plan the delivery. Where a business is set up on account we also hold billing details. That is the whole set. We do not ask for and do not want anything beyond what the job requires.
3. What this website records on its own
Standard server logs — IP address, browser, the pages requested, timestamps — which exist so the site can be kept running and abuse can be identified. If analytics or advertising measurement is running on the site, it records aggregate visit data through the provider's own cookies. This site has no login, no shopping cart, no form fields and no email capture, so there is nothing here that collects personal details you have not chosen to give us by phone.
4. Cookies
Any cookies present come from third-party measurement or mapping embeds rather than from features of our own. Browsers can be set to refuse them and the site works normally without them. Nothing on this site depends on a cookie to function.
5. Who else sees it
Only the people who need to in order to complete your rental: the dispatcher who schedules the delivery, the driver who makes it, and our payment processor if you are paying by card. Beyond that, disclosure happens only where the law requires it — a lawful request from a public authority, or the defense of a legal claim.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not hand your details to competing rental companies. This site is not a lead marketplace.
6. How long we keep it
Job records are retained for as long as they are commercially and legally useful — typically for the tax and limitation periods that apply to a completed rental — and are then disposed of. Server logs roll off on the host's ordinary schedule.
7. Your rights in Nevada
Nevada law (NRS Chapter 603A) gives residents the right to submit a verified request directing an operator of a website not to sell covered information collected about them. We do not sell covered information to begin with, so there is nothing to opt out of — but if you want that confirmed in writing, call and ask.
If you are a California resident reading this, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. The same answer applies: we do not sell or share personal information as those statutes define it. Requests under either law come to us the same way everything else does — by telephone, on the number on this site.
8. Children
This is a business-to-customer rental service and nothing here is directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you think a child’s details have reached us, call us and we will delete them.
9. Other sites we link to
Where this site links out — a map embed, a social profile, a public agency's permit page — the site you land on has its own policy and its own practices. We are not responsible for them.
10. Security, honestly stated
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to the records we hold. No system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than imply a guarantee no business can actually make.
11. Changes
If this policy is updated, the newer version takes its place here and carries a fresh date at the top. We do not maintain a mailing list, so there is no notification to send.
12. Where to take a privacy question
Call (702) 789-7586, Mon–Sat 4am–4pm. There is no email address for privacy requests because there is no email address at all — the phone is the channel for everything.
